At the committee meeting on Monday thought was given to work that could be done on the building while it is less used during August.
- The notice board has suffered from exposure to the weather and a volunteer - Don, who is new to the village, has offered to repair it.
- There will be a working party clearing weeds and leaves and generally tidying up, starting at 10am on the 9th August.
- Further investigations will continue into the possibility of a grant for the new acoustic panels in the large hall.
- The floor in the large hall will be cleaned and treated again by Ray, the chairman
