A Point Of View on the Home Field development.

 I hope that the planners are proud of themselves now that the Home Field is being ripped apart. This beautiful field –  bought in 1885 with the pennies of children of Carlisle diocese as a playing field for the boys’ home – is being destroyed in the name of ‘development’.
