The current treasurer for the village hall in Natland is stepping back from that role at the end of March 2023, so the hall's committee is seeking a new treasurer. The primary requirements are to be at ease with numbers, have some familiarity with spreadsheets, and have an interest in supporting their community.

The village hall is run by a Management Committee whose role is to oversee the hiring and maintenance of the building as a facility for local community, leisure and sporting activity groups, and personal use for functions such as children's parties, funeral teas, or fund-raising activities. Even if 'numbers' and the treasurer role are not for you, volunteers to join the committee are always welcome, and can bring fresh ideas to ensure that this valuable community facility continues to thrive.
