St. Mark's Church.

St Mark's Church building sits beside the Village Green in the centre of the village of Natland. But the church is bigger than just Natland. It is the church for the communities of Oxenholme, the Oaks, the Beeches, the Strawberry Fields, Rochester Gardens, Natland Mill Beck on the southern edge of Kendal, and anyone who cares to join us. Visitors are very welcome.

We have re-opened for worship on Sundays for the 10am Holy Communion Service. On the third Sunday of the month this will be a Service of Morning Prayer with Holy Communion at 8am.

The previous Covid secure arrangements have been relaxed slightly. Sides persons will still be on duty however, and the wearing of face coverings is requested. Alternate pews will now be used and Holy Communion will be received at the front of church. There will be some congregational singing.

There will be a Communion Service at 10am on Thursdays and the Church is now open every day and all day for private worship.

The Annual Parish Church Meeting was held on the 18th April 2021. Here is the Annual Report for 2020. Here is the Financial Review and Statement for 2020.
