The following have been invited to speak and answer questions:
- A representative of the Rural Policing Team
- Brenda Gray – County Councillor for Kendal South Division and District, Councillor for Kendal - Oxenholme & Natland Ward
- Welcome and any apologies
- To approve the Minutes of the previous meeting on 20th May 2010 (copies at meeting, on website and in shop porch)
- To hear Addresses from any invited speakers not covered by item 7 below.
- To receive the Annual Report of the Parish Council (distributed to every household)
- To receive a Statement of the Parish Council’s Accounts for the year to 31st March 2011 (copies at meeting, on website and in shop porch).
- To receive the Council’s observations on its finances for the current year.
- To receive the Observations of Natland’s District and County Councillor.
- To receive the Statements and Reports of any Village Groups who wish to take part.
- To deal with Any Other Business.
