The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee celebrates 60 years of the Queen’s reign. Celebrations will be held across the UK during the first week of June in 2012. Many people will have a day off work or school to celebrate the bank holiday on June 5, 2012. Natland will join in these celebrations as the Parish Council has approved a request from St Marks Council to use the Village Green for events to celebrate this very special occasion.
