Library Overdues Scam

Cumbria County Council's, Trading Standards Service and Library Service are warning residents  of a scam to obtain bank details. The scam involves a phone call claiming to be collecting overdue library fees for the Council.  The County Council does not use such methods to recover overdue fees.  If you receive a call such as this please report it to Consumer Direct on
