Indian Cookery Demonstration and Curry Supper

An evening to raise funds for the Good Samaritan Orphanage run by the Mission for the Rural People in India is to be held in:

 Natland Village Hall on Saturday 20th October at 7.00. Tickets £10.

Suneetha Pallikonda, a director of the Orphanage, with local supporters in Natland Village Hall last November. A water buffalo was bought for the Orphanage from the funds raised and later a shelter was built for her. Money left over was put towards building a separate dormitory for younger girls.

And here she is! Suneetha reports that the buffalo has been providing milk every day for the children.

The proceeds from the event this year will go towards building a roof for a new school which is being built for the orphanage children.
