Age UK South Lakeland includes more than 250 volunteers of all ages. Motivation might be about employability, wellbeing or making a difference. All
are critical for our work.
Opportunities
are wide. People might try teaching computing or leading exercises;
working with individuals or helping with day care; assisting in our
