Two steam trains this Saturday.

 On Saturday 31st August, either 46100 Royal Scot or 34046 Braunton will be northbound Oxenholme 11am.

Also 34067 Tangmere will be northbound Oxenholme 11:39.

David Aris has gone viral

 Long time Oxenholme resident David Aris has been raising money for St. John’s Hospice in Lancaster ever since he lost his wife, June, five years ago, and the hospice was so supportive to them both. He’s now 94 but his latest stunt has been to make a descent down the very fast zip wire in north Wales.
