Natland and Oxenholme WI had a good turn out on Wednesday despite the weather. The speaker gave them an enjoyable insight into ‘Paddlers for Life’, a charity giving support to anyone touched by breast cancer.
The next meeting is on March the 16th at 7.30 in the Village Hall. Sadly but understandably the speaker arranged for this meeting, Count Nikolai Ilkovitch Vandzhyra from the Ukraine, can’t come so Gill Pilling will come instead to talk about her work as a doctor in Malawi. New visitors and members welcome.
